We are selling our Beauty Salon setup in E11/3 Islamabad.
Well established and decorated. Earning 2 - 3 lac plus per month and on ocassions like EID or wedding seasons, it cross 4 lac net profit.
Daily sale is around 20k.
Please have a look at pictures attached. The owner invested much more money on the Salon then the demanded price.
Selling due to money required for my other investment projects and other reason is that it needs time which I do not have at the moment.
