Responsibilities:
Financial Record Maintenance:
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records using industry-standard accounting software.
Bank Reconciliation:
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Financial Reporting:
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Prepare documentation for external audits and collaborate with auditors.
Expense Management:
Review and process expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to financial efficiency.
Adherence to Regulations:
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Stay informed about changes in accounting practices and update procedures accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (16 Years) in Accounting and finance.
Proven experience as an Accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting Knowledge.
Proficiency in accounting software (e. g. , QuickBooks online) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
